About the Role:
Working within the Corporate Communications team, you will help create a vibrant and engaged alumni community who are proud to be part of our university. You’ll work closely with a variety of individuals at all levels across the organisation as well as externally to help implement ARU’s alumni strategy and activity and will act as the main point of contact for all alumni queries at ARU.
With a degree or be part qualified in a relevant professional qualification at degree level or have demonstrable appropriate level of experience and CPD, you will have recent experience of working in an alumni relations, supporter relations, or a communications role. You must have effective and engaging written and verbal communication skills and a customer-focused approach. You will also be a proactive team player who demonstrates the ability and willingness to network.
