Up to 100% R&D funding available with Horizon 2020

The new EU Framework Programme, Horizon 2020 for Research and Innovation, starts in 2014 and has a €70 Billion budget to support your R&D! The ICT Knowledge Transfer Network is bringing an information event to Cambridge, providing an introduction to Horizon 2020. New simplified rules, up to 100% of your direct R&D costs covered.

The ICT KTN and the ICT National Contact Point are collaborating with the Enterprise Europe Network to explain the level of support you can expect nationally and locally to assist you in your participation. Aimed at ICT companies and others interested to hear an overview of UK and EU funding this FREE half day event will be coming to Cambridge on 9 October.

Supported by Cambridge Wireless, it will provide delegates with the opportunity to hear the latest developments in Horizon 2020 and to receive an overview of the proposed Work Programme, leading up to the first calls for proposals at the end of this year. You will hear from speakers with extensive experience in EU funding participation. Finally there will be opportunities for Q&A and to network with other delegates and speakers.

Confirmed speakers include; Eddie Townsend from ICT KTN; Peter Walters from ICT NCP; John Christopher of Enterprise Europe Network and Ian Lewin of Linguamatics Ltd.
