In February, Laird Group plc chose 52N to create candidate communications to attract Radio Frequency and Process Engineers in Liberec, north of Prague and close to the German/Polish border, in partnership with Direct Sourcing sister company, Resource Central. The solution has involved a region-wide attraction campaign consisting of talent mapping, a bespoke recruitment website and number of recruitment videos, combined with an external media campaign, press PR and internal employee referral programme.
