Accio has been shortlisted for Small Business of the Year, while Managing Director Stephen Casey is a finalist for the Business Person of the Year award.
The Awards dinner will be held in the splendid surrounds of King's College on Thursday March 20th.
Reflecting on the nominations, Stephen Casey said: “We are naturally delighted to be recognised as one of the best small businesses in Cambridgeshire, a category attracting a record number of submissions this year we understand.
"We’ve seen group turnover grow by 56% during 2013 to £7.6m and our commitment to growing the company by recruiting locally whenever possible has given us a fantastic platform for future growth across our Retail Structures and Events divisions.
"It will be a treat for us to enjoy the awards evening as guests, but I suspect we’ll be looking at proceedings in a slightly different way to the other businesses attending on the night – given what we do for a living!”

Accio Group, based on the Alconbury Enterprise Campus, is keeping collective fingers and toes crossed ahead of the Cambridge News Business Excellence Awards next week, when the company will discover if they have won over the judges in not one, but two categories.
