Run by UK Trade & Investment (UKTI) East, the Expand Your E-Commerce Business workshop aims to help companies looking to develop their e-commerce business to expand the channels they use and markets they sell into, enabling them to receive more enquiries and orders. This will include finding the right e-marketplaces around the world from the 450 the UKTI E-Exporting team has mapped, how to drive traffic to an e-commerce site and localising a webshop for different markets as well as a look at key issues those wanting to sell overseas might face including protecting a brand overseas, handling, fulfillment and returns and VAT issues. One to one meetings with all the speakers will also be available.
