Architects may create dreams but civil engineers build them and make them a reality.
Pitch 200 is ICE's new competition to find the person who can best demonstrate a civil engineering related concept or project in 200 seconds.
As part of its bi-centenary celebrations, ICE is showing the public just how amazing the world of civil engineering is and how talented civil engineers are.
Entrants will give novel, engaging and dynamic presentations, covering a range of civil engineering topics, each lasting only 200 seconds. Come along and hear what they have to say and help determine who will be crowned the Pitch 200 East of England winner.
This is regional heat in a national Pitch 200 competition. The winner will represent the region in the Grand Final in November 2018.
Last year ICE London ran a similar successful competition called Pitch 180. You can see some of those presentations on You Tube.
