We are looking for individuals who have a great aptitude, passion and are great communicators. The scheme is open to graduates of any discipline or non-graduates with sufficient work experience. No science background is required.

By completing the management training scheme with us, you will be working on real projects right from the start, supported by some inspiring colleagues. Not only are vast amounts of training on offer, we go much further with dedicated training tailored to your scheme four times a year. The four bespoke training courses per year will include themes such as:

Assertiveness
Communication skills
Time management
In addition to the bespoke courses, you will have access to a wide variety of campus-run courses throughout the year, including networking and professional development events throughout the year. You will have ample opportunity to attend many of them.
About the scheme
The scheme will last two years and will consist of four individual six-month placements. You will all start on different placements and rotate throughout the two years. There are nine possible areas that you will get experience with.
In your application, you will be asked to indicate two preferred areas you would like to work in.
