This event is programmed as a forerunner to Curating Cambridge: our city, our stories, our stuff, which takes place from 20 October to 23 November, 2014.

Curating Cambridge: our city, our stories, our stuff is presented by the University of Cambridge Museums with the Festival of Ideas, cultural partners and community organisations. The programme will look at stories of the city and its treasures, our relationships to these things and places, different ways of telling these stories, and the processes of curation.

Through a diverse programme of events Curating Cambridge will bring together a range of approaches and perspectives that will engage people in the city with Cambridge’s rich culture and heritage. It will include exhibitions, workshops, displays, talks, performances and other opportunities to get involved.
