David Sloman, who joined the firm shortly after qualifying, advises clients on a range of corporate matters including financing, transactions, constitutions, and restructuring. He also has experience assisting clients with their commercial needs, such as suites of contracts for the supply of goods or services, terms and conditions, and distribution and licence agreements.
David joined Ashton KCJ in September 2015 after he completed his training at a top regional firm in Norwich, prior to which he worked in-house in Cambridge for a global civil engineer. His appointment makes Ashton KCJ’s Corporate & Commercial Team one of the largest corporate law teams in Norwich and Norfolk.
