Ashtons’ CEO Ed O’Rourke says: “Following a review of our internal leadership programme and in particular our Leading Effective Teams course, we recognised that there were a number of existing associates already operating at a high level so we therefore took a decision to promote them to the new senior associate role with immediate effect."

Ed adds: “I would like to congratulate all our new senior associates on this achievement, which is richly deserved."
