Michael has particular expertise in breach of contract / warranty claims, shareholder and partnership disputes, directors’ duties, guarantees and indemnities, company law and insolvency issues, and professional negligence. Michael is Head of Property Litigation at Ashtons Legal and relationship partner for a leading regional building society, for whom he advises on complex / high value matters.
