The diverse agenda includes keynote presenters, leaders in their field, who will be sharing their expertise. There are over twenty workshops on the programme over the two days covering a broad range of topics including team psychological safety, the power of team dynamics, experiential learning, building healthy organisations in complex and changing environments, and effective decision making in recruitment. Case studies also feature, such as the use of Belbin with a major contractor to the US Department of Energy.

Managing Director of Belbin, Jo Keeler said: "After the break in being able to host face-to-face conferences, I am absolutely delighted that we have been able to put together such a wide-ranging programme for this conference. It really will put ‘teams’ centre stage.

Teams are the crucial link between strategy and execution for businesses, and it is more important than ever to get their teams working better together. Belbin is all about teams. It gives people a trusted and practical language to understand their contribution to the team and gives the manager a usable framework to understand what contributions the team needs. We know that Belbin can help all teams work better together.

The global applicability of Belbin is clearly demonstrated by the geographical spread of the speakers and workshop facilitators we will welcome to Cambridge in July. We have experts from Australia, New Zealand, America, India, Sweden, China, the UK and more coming to the city to share their knowledge, real-world experiences and inspirational success stories. Whatever the size of their organization, their industry or current situation, we hope that the valuable practical knowledge and inspiration that delegates will take back to their workplace will help make a real difference to the future success of their teams.”

The conference will be held at Hinxton Hall Conference Centre, set in the grounds of the Wellcome Genome Campus at Hinxton, near Cambridge.
