Senior Partner Patrick McMahon made the announcement and in the Cambridge office eight people have been promoted.
David Bentley (pictured) has been promoted to Equity Partner. David, who is based in the Cambridge office and works across the Eastern Region, joined Bidwells in 2002 and has more than 25 years of residential experience.
Last year he was promoted to the role of Head of New Homes at Bidwells.
Roland Bull (Land and Business), Neil Waterson (Planning), Stephen Drury (Building Consultancy) and Guy Kaddish (Planning) have been promoted to Divisional Partner, and Matthew Smith, Harry Rands and Leonie O'Donnell have been promoted to Associate.
Mr McMahon said: "Each promotion is in recognition of the contribution made to the success of the Firm."
