Bidwells sponsored the prize for the work, which is part of the module for their MPhil courses in Real Estate Finance or Planning Growth and Regeneration.

All the students are currently undertaking a one-year MPhil course and were judged on the project, which was part of the module called Real Estate Development.

Colin Lizieri, Head of the Department of Land Economy said: “The project allows our students to apply ideas and theories to real world property problems in and around Cambridge and develop their practical team-working skills. We are really appreciative of Bidwells’ major contribution to the project, strengthening our ties both with the firm and with local markets.”

Patrick McMahon, Senior Partner at Bidwells presented the prize of Amazon vouchers to the winning team, and said: “We are always delighted to be able to support the industry’s next generation and all the judging panel were really impressed with the high standards achieved by all the students taking part.

“Bidwells is delighted to sponsor the coursework and it’s really interesting to see the teams working together to come up with some truly inspirational concepts.”
