Bidwells strengthens planning team with two senior appointments

One of the UK’s leading property consultancies is further expanding its Planning Team with the announcement of two new appointments.

 

Bidwells is strengthening its specialist Planning expertise in its new London office  with Matt Richards joining as Divisional Partner. Matt brings extensive experience acting for a range of clients in planning and development projects, including working with multi-disciplinary teams and on complex sites. His previous roles have included working in both private practice and local government, as well as leading projects and co-ordinating submissions to meet tight deadlines. Matt holds a BSc in Geography and Urban and Regional Planning and an MSc in Spatial Planning from Oxford Brooks University. He is a member of the RTPI.

Eleanor Gingell joins as Principal Planner in Bidwells’ Milton Keynes office. She holds a BSc in Environment and Development from the University of Durham and an MSc in Spatial Planning from Oxford Brookes University and is a Chartered Member of the RTPI. Her experience includes providing professional planning advice to clients in relation to residential development opportunities, as well as promoting land interests through written Local Plan Representations and preparing application and appeal documentation.
