The questionnaire asks candidates for information on their experience working with Brand so far and if they have any suggestions that they feel would improve the experience for future candidates.
As a reward for completing the questionnaire, candidates who respond are then entered into a quarterly draw to have £100 donated on their behalf by Brand Recruitment to a charity of their choosing.
The candidate who was selected in the most recent quarterly draw chose to donate to the local charity, Peace Hospice Care in Watford. This particular charity is one that is close to the heart of Brand’s chosen candidate as it was the Peace Hospice that treated their friend’s Stepdad while terminally ill with lung cancer. The candidate said about the hospice, ‘their work was amazing and their support incredible’.
Peace Hospice Care is dedicated to improving the quality of life for patients and families facing a life limiting illness by providing care and support in the setting of their choice. The £100 donation made on the chosen candidate’s behalf will help Peace Hospice Care to continue providing physical, emotional and spiritual care for people with a life-limiting illness and giving support to their families and carers across South West Hertfordshire.
The charity reached more than 1,500 people with their specialist services last year, and with exciting new developments such as their expanded Day service, they are planning to reach even more people who need them this year.
