In recent years, Brand Recruitment has released its annual Marketing Salary Survey which includes information and insight on different types of marketing roles, as well as survey findings on salaries and other statistics which the team compiles over the previous year.
This year’s salary survey comes with a new name – the Marketing Recruitment Review and Salary Survey. The change in the name is to illustrate that this year’s review will be slightly different to those that have come before, as it will now be separated into two parts. The first section, the Marketing Recruitment Review, will provide expert job finding and recruitment insight for both candidates and employers. The traditional Salary Survey will be in its own section after the review, and consists of tables displaying figures from the year’s salary survey findings. The new layout makes it easier for both candidates and employers to find what they are looking for at the flick of a finger or the click of a mouse – an employer can turn straight to the Salary Survey section and look at what other companies pay on average for a similar role to the one that they are looking to fill.
Brand Recruitment says: "The information we have gathered to form this year’s review is based upon our ten years of experience specialising in marketing recruitment, as well as the specific knowledge that we have gained over the past year. We have also harnessed the extensive network of marketing candidates that we have worked with over the past year to help us collate the statistics and figures which form the backbone of the survey.
"This year’s Marketing Recruitment Review will be of value to both employers and job-seekers alike; this is because we have been able to use the knowledge and expertise gained from day in, day out working with candidates to find their dream opportunity, while helping clients to not only find the right candidate but also advise on how best to attract potential employees – and retain them. The Marketing Recruitment Review covers everything from CV writing, the different interview stages, how to attract and retain employees and job market insight.
"In today’s fast-evolving world of marketing, it is vital for businesses to actively ensure they are presenting the best possible proposition to both potential employees and their current team. In the current climate, salaries are rising, and businesses are becoming increasingly generous with their fringe benefits, both in terms of ‘financially tangible’ perks and those which give their team more flexibility with their time.
"So, whether you are an HR Manager keen to make sure you attract and retain the best talent or a PR or marketing professional interested in sussing out how your current package ranks, do not hesitate to get in touch."
