Breathing Buildings supports the engineers of the future

Breathing Buildings has excellent links with young engineering students around the country, including taking Year in Industry students and summer placements.

Breathing Buildings is committed to supporting the engineers of the future and was delighted to support the Girton College, Cambridge Engineering students in their recent projects.

On Friday 17 January 2014 the Engineering Fellows and undergraduates at Girton College assembled in the Stanley Library to listen to a selection of the fourth year students present their research projects. The projects ranged from novel techniques to monitor body motion through to uses of superconducting materials. Three students received prizes sponsored by Breathing Buildings. The students demonstrated a passion for their chosen research project, and a real desire to make a difference in the world.

Breathing Buildings works with EDT to place students from all over the country and give them very important experience in the industry they are looking to go into.

If you are interested in Engineering and would like to join Breathing Buildings for a year or a summer project please contact us.
