BroadbandUK, maker of the fastest growing Broadband Speed Test in the UK, has recently deployed an updated version of its speed test. The new version makes the running of the test highly efficient at high connection speeds.
Between 23 May and 27 May 2020, the speed test recorded six tests over 6 Gigabits per second, 12 tests between 5 & 6 Gigabits per second, 32 tests between 4 & 5 Gigabits per second. In that period there were over 105 tests in excess of 1 Gigabit per second recorded.
Recently BroadbandUK has launched the only address level accurate Broadband Comparison Service in the UK, which the team sees as a significant step in providing a better, more accurate and transparent price comparison website for consumers.
BroadbandUK aims to provide confidence to the end-user, especially now that OFCOM has announced (February 2020) that all internet service providers must inform their customers of their end of contract date and provide their latest best deals, together with their prices and incentives for renewal.
