1 June 2021 - One of Poland’s leading business law firms, Brockhuis Jurczak Prusak Sroka Nilsson Sp. k. (‘BSJP’), has become the first firm in the country to integrate Luminance’s market-leading AI into their legal practice.
BSJP, which has more than 70 attorneys located across four offices in Poland, have already used Luminance’s award-winning technology to transform its real estate work. Luminance’s AI uses a powerful blend of supervised and unsupervised machine learning, allowing the technology to instantly read and form an understanding of the entire dataset, immediately surfacing key clauses such as Lease Term and Service Charge as well as datapoints such as currencies, countries and languages.
Luminance’s ability to cluster conceptually similar documentation was also game-changing for BSJP, helping the team to gain a rapid and thorough understanding of which leases followed a similar template and which leases deviated from the standard - a feat that would have been impossible with manual review methods alone. Using Luminance, BSJP have seen their review time half, thus freeing up resources for legal analysis.
