Cambridge business helps young people make their mark

The UK Youth Parliament is launching a new campaign with a special opportunity for 11-18 year olds across the UK to have their say on the big issues of the day - and it is all happening on a website designed in Cambridge.

Whether it is tackling child poverty, the climate emergency, or votes at 16, youngsters nationwide are voting on what the UK Youth Parliament should be asking for.

The issues voted as most important in the "Make Your Mark" campaign will be the focus of the UK Youth Parliament’s 2021 campaigns.

The "Make Your Mark" campaign was designed in Cambridge by locally based Studio 24 who are the digital partner for the UK Parliament.

Youngsters can have their say here

Cambridge MP Daniel Zeichner said: "Mark Your Mark is such an important campaign so that young people can get their voices heard on the issues that matter to them. I'm also delighted to hear that it is a city-based organisation - Studio 24 - that is working with Parliament on this project. Mark Your Mark is a fantastic initiative for young people beginning their democratic journey. Voting matters, so please do!"
