Cambridge cluster: 'the cure for UK's economic ills?'

AstraZeneca's choice of Cambridge for its global headquarters signifies the importance of the Cambridge cluster to the UK economy, according to Louise Armitstead, Chief Business Correspondent of The Daily Telegraph.

 "Largely unnoticed elsewhere, this medieval town is booming," she says in an article yesterday (Tues) entitled 'Cambridge: home of Britain's biotech boom offers relief to UK economic ills'.

And she highlights the need for investment in infrastrucure to support the cluster's growing business community:" If the Coalition delivers on its infrastructure commitments, Cambridge could find the cure to the UK's economic ills."
