Cambridge Innovation Park provides high quality serviced office space that is ideal for high tech companies from their very inception through to the point at which they need to start scaling up. Ideally located to the north of Cambridge city, the secure 10-acre site is currently home to over 40 tenant companies who operate across a variety of sectors including technology, IT, software development, accountancy, corporate recruitment and commercial design. To accommodate those companies requiring scale-up space, a new building - Blenheim House - has just been completed. Inspired Health & Fitness Club and Inspired Beauty Spa. Located within Blenheim House, the Inspired Health & Fitness Club will include a first floor fully equipped, modern gym space and studio areas for classes. The spa facility, Inspired Beauty, will be located on the ground floor. The Club will also include a ‘quiet zone’ for those wanting to escape for a while – accessible to both gym members and Inspired Beauty customers. Here, members can take some time out to enjoy the Jacuzzi, steam room and sauna.
Soda Bistro. Also set within Blenheim House, Soda will be a sublimely contemporary space open to both Park residents and the wider community. The sophisticated, bistro style venue will offer wine by the glass or bottle, accompanied by indulgent tapas style boards of antipasti of cured meats, cheese, fish and vegetarian options. In addition to the extensive wine list, Soda will also offer bottled craft beers and a locally brewed ale. Soda Bistro will be managed by The Rather Good Catering Company, who also manage the existing Hive Café in Stirling House. Already a central hub of activity The Hive Café offers an excellent selection of ‘grab and go’ food options throughout the day, with ample seating areas available for those that want a change of scenery throughout the day.
Beach Babies Day Nursery. The nursery will be purpose-built with space for up to 50 children. The small family-feel of Beach Babies is deliberate, to ensure each child a great deal more individual attention than they might receive elsewhere. Planning permission for the nursery will be sought in early 2018 with construction beginning later that year. It is envisaged that we will be able to welcome the first children from May 2019.

Blenheim House will be ready for occupation in the next few weeks, with around half of the space already pre-let.
The building was previewed to approximately 200 guests, including James Palmer, Mayor of the Cambridgeshire and Peterborough Combined Authority and Lucy Frazer, Conservative MP for South East Cambridgeshire last week. Guests were treated to an array of delicious canapés and drinks as well as a performance by a very special guest – Titan the Robot!
