Cambridge Publishing Management raises hundreds for Macmillan Cancer Support!

Cambridge VIPs were among the many guests who supported Cambridge Publishing Management's second Macmillan Coffee Morning on Friday 26 September.

Cambridge Publishing Management welcomed guests to their offices in Caldecote for their 2014 Macmillan Coffee Morning, hoping to beat the £196 raised in 2013. Through the generosity of local pâtissiere, Biscotti di Debora, and the many guests who attended, a massive £350 was raised in total.

Owner of Biscotti di Debora, Debora Bonnes, kindly donated four fabulous gateaux, sold on the day for £15 each. Nathalie, who organised the event said, ‘We were expecting a small number of Debora’s delicious and very popular pasticcini but were overwhelmed by her generosity and talent when presented with the gorgeous cakes’.

District Councillor, Tumi Hawkins, joined CPM friends, clients, suppliers and neighbours for lots of coffee and cake. Tumi said afterwards, ‘I am very impressed with the funds CPM have been able to raise for Macmillan.’

Other guests included Sharon Livermore, Specialist Account Manager at Hardwick based recruitment agency polkadotfrog, Sean Pike, Account Director at The Complete Product Company, and Dee Modric-Webb, owner of Gingham Kids Nanny Agency in Cambridge.

Who knew eating copious amounts of cake would make everyone feel so good!
