Carrie has considerable experience in contentious UK and CTM proceedings, including negotiating and drafting settlement and co-existence agreements. She also has particular expertise in relation to franchising, and enjoys guiding clients through the complex process of getting their IP franchise-ready.
In her mission to increase IP awareness, Carrie has spoken at a number of conferences and has delivered training workshops and seminars for clients and university students. Carrie also regularly contributes to the ITMA Review – her most recent publications include a feature article in the July/August 2015 issue and a case commentary in the September 2015 issue.
