Together with Maggie Campbell, I delivered my first talk at Cambridge University. Twenty attendees joined us for an hour where we explained what the coaching process was, its benefits and we also demonstrated a few coaching techniques. We also had time for some very useful Q&A. The feedback was very positive and we will do another talk in January 2019.
