While the rain and unseasonably cold weather made the 13 mile trek through central London in the night more challenging than anticipated, the team joined 17,000 other walkers to complete the course.
As a result of donations from family, friends and colleagues, the CDP Cosmic Wanderers team raised over £1,500, to which CDP kindly added £500, taking the total to over £2,000 – and donations are still coming in!
Team leader Heidi Cane commented, “We are delighted to have raised over £2,000 for such a good cause, and would like to thank family, friends and work colleagues for all their support. The walk was an experience we will never forget and we are very proud to have been part of it.”
