Established 15 years ago, this local family run business provides the region and beyond with quality Cheddar cheeses, Shropshire Blue, Blue Stilton, Wensleydale and goats cheeses as well as a range of chutneys, terrines, biscuits and patés.
Managing Director Richard Callum and his team will be offering a wide range of cheeses for tasting as well as sharing their considerable knowledge of their products.
The evening will also be supported by Cambridge Wine Merchants, City of Cambridge Brewery Co Ltd and Pickled Pig Cider.
Charlie Hattersley, organiser from the Friends of Cam Sight, said, ‘This is a new fundraising event for Cam Sight. We are extremely grateful to Richard and his team at The Truckle Cheese Company for their generous support and are looking forward to an entertaining and informative evening and superb flavours. There will also be a cheese related raffle and an opportunity to purchase the cheeses and other products tasted.’
