The company says: "It is the first time we have used our partner firm in Cote D'Ivoire for some years. The mandatory EMPLOYER social charges and company tax in Cote D’Ivoire totals 14.40 % and in addition the client asked us to arrange:
- Administration of payments to the Caisse des Francais a L’étranger (the employee is a French national).
- Execution of travel allowances and periodical commission payments.
"The client has used our partner firm in Cote d’Ivoire to employ the person they have there on an "Employer of Record" or "PEO" basis, so that the client can close its legal entity there and rationalize the structure of the company. We charge 15% of direct employment costs for our service, or a minimum charge of USD 720 per month."
