"We had been approached by customers enquiring whether we could provide XML coding. We wanted to upskill our staff so that we could potentially provide this service," said Cath, their Editorial Manager.
The first day provided an introduction to HTML and the second an introduction and understanding of XML. Julie commented that, "We all felt nervous at first as it had been a while since any of us had been in a classroom! However, Evelyn, our instructor from Media Training, was excellent. She was very patient and explained everything really well."
