A new book by a Cambridge Network trainer, writer and University tutor helps to solve one of the biggest problems growing businesses face – how to get noticed and become well known.

Simon Hall, who runs communications agency Creative Warehouse, and was a BBC News Correspondent, wrote Accelerating Your Business Through Communication in response to dozens of requests for advice from companies about their messaging.

The book begins with the core message of what a company offers, summed up in no more than ten words.

It moves on to elevator pitches - how to hook a customer or investor in only 30 seconds of spiel -  websites, how to pitch for investment or customers, public speaking, social media, blogs, attracting the interest of the mainstream media, and even business photography and videography.

The book has been backed by famous business figures.
