We are incredibly proud to announce that on 24th October 2025 our MD and owner, Craig Dyer was appointed as Vice President of AAT.
New Vice-President Craig Dyer brings his own inspiring story of career reinvention. Starting with an AAT apprenticeship, Dyer went on to build a 15-year career in teaching, becoming an Assistant Headteacher before retraining through AAT to establish his own practice.
Dyer is the embodiment of social mobility, being born in a deprived village in Cornwall’s China Clay Country, and being the first member of his family to go to University.
He has built a successful small business from his dining table, starting during the Covid-Era, and has grown the business into a team of 6 focusing on delivering support for small businesses and individuals. This is combined with a passion for supporting early career opportunities within his team.
Talking about his new role, “I’m honoured to serve as Vice-President alongside President Lucy Cohen,” said Dyer. “AAT gave me the flexibility and confidence to change careers, and I’m committed to amplifying members’ voices and ensuring they have the support they need to succeed.”
In 12 months time he will become the 46th President of AAT, and is passionate about life long learning, education and student membership within AAT.
