Creactive Design is a finalist in national design awards

Creactive Design has just been announced as a finalist in the Plastic Industry Awards 2013. Its Breeze high chair for Magrini is one of just three products nominated for the 'Consumer Product Design of the Year' category. The winner will be announced at the London Hilton, Park Lane on 27th of September.

Hans Petersen, director of Creactive Design said: "We are thrilled to be finalists in such a highly competitive category.  This is testament to an excellent relationship with a great client that has embraced a no compromise approach to successful product design."

The high chair offers many benefits for the consumer such as a very light weight yet robust construction while meeting the latest stringent European safety standards.  Ease of use is the key design element; a choice of three handgrips makes it easy to lift with one hand, even while holding a child.  Five or more chairs can be securely stacked with only minimal lifting (approx 15cm) required to remove each one. The ‘Breeze’ high chair is manufactured in the UK from a durable and recyclable HDPE plastic which makes it easy to maintain and clean.

It is designed for quick and easy self-assembly and consists of five parts; two identical legs, a seat base and back and a safety bar.  Just eight screws hold it together.

The design also includes features for an optional retaining strap. The ‘Breeze’ high chair is the latest in an expanding range of commercial baby changing products designed and developed by Creactive Design for Magrini over the past ten years.
