Roy comes to CRFS with extensive sales and business development experience in the Aerospace, Defense and Security sectors. He has an outstanding track record of B2B and federal sales and of building and leading successful teams. He served in the US Marine Corps before building a career in industry with senior roles at a number of companies including, most recently, General Electric and FLIR Systems. Roy will be located in Virginia and will give CRFS Inc. an East Coast base to complement its existing California office.
Alistair Massarella, CEO at CRFS commented: “We are delighted to have persuaded Roy to join us. His experience and network are second to none in the sectors we are targeting in North America. Since we opened our California office in 2012, CRFS has made huge progress in the US, winning significant DoD contracts and building some great partnerships. Roy brings exactly the profile we need to help take CRFS to the next level both in federal sales and developing our OEM and integrator business. CRFS has probably the most exciting and innovative product range of any company today in spectrum monitoring, in-place monitoring and SIGINT. Right now, our challenge is to get in front of the right customers and show what we can do. Roy is the guy to help us achieve that.”
