Customer Faithful’s Lifelines awarded ‘Best Qualitative Research Solution’

Customer Faithful has been awarded Global Healthcare & Pharma’s UK Healthcare Consultancy of the Year 2015 for its Lifelines™ research technique, which identifies and maps patient experience needs and gaps.

 

The award was given by Global Healthcare & Pharma (GHP), the global information-sharing platform & multi-disciplinary members community, with a readership of 260,000 wellness professionals and healthcare-related suppliers worldwide.

“We are thrilled to have won this award,” Rick Harris, Customer Faithful’s Managing Director, said. “I feel like it’s recognition for the six years of hard work that has gone into developing Lifelines™ as a methodology since 2009. Each year, we have tried to move the technique on, learning from each project and harnessing new technologies too – I think that’s what has really enabled Lifelines™ to succeed in truly capturing the richness of the experience of patients and those around them.
