The judging process is thorough and demanding… but ultimately very enjoyable. The initial nominations are screened in detail by a panel of judges made up of some of the most respected business people from the area and this leads to a shortlist of finalists who then each present to the judging panel and open themselves up for questioning. This final step in the judging process is designed both to test the quality of the finalists and to ensure the true worthiness of each of the winners to be announced on the night.
