Entry for the Cambridgeshire Digital Awards is free and takes less than two minutes to complete through www.cambsdigitalawards.co.uk
It closes on September 4, 2015, at 5pm, and finalists will be announced later that month.
The Greater Cambridge Greater Peterborough LEP is a key supporter of the awards. Laura Welham-Halstead, Head of Communications and Connectivity at GCGP, believes that teaming up with the Awards is a great way of interacting with businesses of “many shapes and sizes”.
She added: “We are delighted to support this awards scheme which recognises the online successes of local businesses. As an area with an international reputation for innovation, it is heartening to see so many different companies embracing the many benefits operating and marketing online can have for them.”
CDA organiser, Iain Johnson, revealed he is “delighted” to welcome GCGP to the Awards.
He added: “We are very pleased to have the support of the Enterprise Partnership, an organisation set-up to promote business, enterprise and innovation, which is exactly what we are about.
“The Awards is here is showcase innovative digital work and GCGP is securing Government funding to implement innovative development projects into the area, we have a lot in common”.
The CDA has 14 open categories and Gold, Silver and Bronze awards will be presented at a Winners’ Evening in November. You can find out more by visiting www.cambsdigitalawards.co.uk
