The Report, which has been written in line with the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) Standards, also outlines the company’s next steps on sustainability and how it plans to track improvements year-on-year.
Thomas Guerriero, Group CSR Customer Manager at Domino says: “Sustainability expectations have stepped up in recent years, and our customers – particularly large multinational corporations – are under increasing pressure from regulators and consumers to demonstrate responsible business practices across their value chains.
“It’s not just a case of doing the right thing; it is now an important board-level topic that is tied to regulation and brand reputation. As a result of this increasing focus, our customers need a clear view of how their suppliers are performing, and this helps them see exactly where we stand as a business.”
The 2025 Report builds on Domino’s evolving CSR policy and strategy and aligns with its long-term commitments in three key areas.
In Environment, its goal is to achieve net zero emissions by 2050, reach carbon neutrality by 2030 and deliver a 25% reduction in emissions (based on 2022 levels).
With People, it is working to improve representation and equity with a target of 60/40 gender diversity in the top leadership team by 2030.
Thirdly, its Society objectives are to continue to give back to local communities across all locations where it operates, supporting broader social impact.
This Report also follows recent updates to Domino’s CSR webpages which now include more detailed information on ongoing initiatives and future plans.
Robert Pulford, Domino CEO concludes: “We take our responsibility to our customers and the wider community very seriously. Guided by our Purpose to ‘do more’, we are committed to delivering reliable, innovative solutions that support long-term, sustainable growth – while actively working together to protect the environment, people, and society.”
Using the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) Standards, the Report follows a globally recognised framework that helps customers see how Domino’s performance measures up within the industry.
It also forms part of the company’s broader effort to be more transparent and to share meaningful sustainability data in a way that’s easy to access and understand.
