The new factory, which is located 1.5 hours drive from Shanghai’s Pudong Airport, has taken more than one year to build and covers an area of 26,660 square metres.

The new facilities at Changshu include functional departments such as fluids and printer production, warehousing, supply chain management and logistics.

The production area currently comprises three lines for inkjet printer and thermal transfer overprinting (TTO) assembly with full testing capabilities. It has capacity to produce 14,400 units and 2,500 tons of printing inks per annum, which will help to meet growing market demands.

Domino Printing Technology is a new factory in Changshu, providing us with the capability to produce an increased variety of products as well as capacity for our core ranges for the next 20 years. This best in class facility allows us to be close to our Asia Pacific customer base, providing our customers with responsive lead-times and a great customer experience.”
