EY in Cambridge announces Associate Partner promotion

EY has announced a senior appointment to its Cambridge office. Chris Atkinson has been promoted to the role of Associate Partner in Assurance, reinforcing the firm’s continued investment in its regional business and commitment to nurturing home grown talent.

Across the UK, EY has strengthened its Partnership with 103 new equity Partners. This includes 65 new Partner promotions, which is the firm’s largest intake of home-grown talent in the last ten years, along with 38 external hires. EY now has 781 Partners across the UK.

The promotions reflect EY’s increased investment in its sectors, service lines and regional business, including in areas such as financial services, energy and sustainability, and technology, to better support clients at a time of unprecedented change and challenge in the UK and worldwide.

About Chris Atkinson

Chris Atkinson joined EY as a graduate in the Assurance team in 2010. Over the last decade, Chris has worked with a broad range of listed and privately owned companies across the East of England, London and Luton, notably in the technology and bio tech industries. He is responsible for managing complex audits and delivering consistently high levels of audit quality across the East of England.
