Final call for papers for Sensors in Medicine 2016

The 4th Annual Sensors in Medicine Conference will take place at the London Docklands Riverside Hotel on 9-10 November 2016. Abstracts for Oral and Poster presentations are invited until 14th October. As in previous years, the conference will bring together academic, clinical and commercial interests to discuss latest developments and future trends in the application of sensor technology in Medicine and Healthcare.

Final Call for Papers

Abstracts for Oral and Poster Presentations will be accepted until 14th October (21 October for Posters). The Conference topics are broadly any innovative application of sensors technology in medicine and healthcare with a particular emphasis on:

Infectious diseases and PoC
Glucose monitoring
Wearable and implantable technology
New developments in sensor technology

There will be a session on PItching for Partners at which early stage companies can present their need for financial, strategic and market partners.

Following the Conference on Friday 11th November, there will be a Student Hackathon at which teams of post-graduate students will create a new innovative concept in sensor application for medicine, to be judged at the end of the day by a panel of academic and industry representatives. Participation in the HackaThon is free for students who have registered for Sensors in Medicine 2016
