Founder of Henbe and Chartered PR and Communication consultant is shortlisted for the prestigious Marketing Excellence Award for 'Best Use of PR'.

Independent PR & Communication practice Henbe is shortlisted for a national business-to-business campaign that aimed to help bust the myths of modular home building using Modern Methods of Construction (MMC).

Henbe Communication, along with collaborators Intelligent Conversation and client ilke Homes, will compete in the ‘Best use of PR’ category and will be judged by an esteemed panel of experts, from across brands such as: Financial Times, HSBC, Hello Fresh, Everton Football Club and leading agencies. The awards will be held at London’s The Brewery on April 2nd 2020, marking a new location as they enter its 11th year of recognising the best industry talent. Previous winners include Britvic, Natwest, Royal Air Force, Transmission and Southeastern.

The ceremony will see the best of UK marketing’s talent compete to be rewarded for their marketing campaigns over the last twelve months. Emma and her company will hope to be crowned in the ‘Best use of PR’ category for unrivalled performance in delivering marketing excellence for clients in the built environment.

This is the 11th annual Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM)’s prestigious Marketing Excellence Awards and they recognise innovation and creativity in the industry.

Emma said:“Regardless if I win or not, to have my work recognised in this way is so important, especially as a sole practitioner as sometimes these events and awards are seen as badges for big agencies.  I am truly excited to be amongst so many prestigious industry names.   In particular, I like working with companies doing things differently and who are using new technology and processes to help us all work smarter and achieve better results, like more energy efficient homes, built in half the time.   I’m keeping my fingers crossed for the results!.”

Chris Daly, chief executive of CIM said: “In uncertain times, the UK marketing industry has risen to the challenge to produce high-quality campaigns and significant rewards. For over a decade, our Marketing Excellence Awards have recognised the industry’s achievements and high achievers, but, this year, picking a shortlist has proved harder than ever.”

“I would like to offer my congratulations to all those who have been shortlisted; they represent the very best in the UK’s marketing talent.”

The CIM Marketing Excellence Awards have been running for over ten years and recognise and reward brilliance in the field of marketing, celebrating the finest minds within the profession. To find out more, visit: cim.co.uk/marketing-excellence-awards
