For the first time abdi runs ROI public workshops in Scotland

Almost 150 participants have already joined the growing band of Scottish HR, L&D, training, project management and other professionals from both public and private sector organisations who are determined to bring high quality measurement and analytics to strengthen their impact outcomes and value for money.

With an increasing number of requests from Scotland, abdi are offering a public ROI Foundation Award two day workshop in Scotland at Edinburgh Napier University Craiglockhart Campus on August 29-30

  •     Do you have the evidence to demonstrate the impact and value for money of your projects and programmes?
  •     Are you able to rigorously measure outcomes?
  •     Want to learn to measure to improve results?

Successful achievement of this award is recognised as professional qualification at SCQF Level 9 and provides an opportunity to progress further up to SCQF Level 11 or Postgraduate Certificate in Impact and Performance measurement, accredited by University of Derby.

The abdi ROI UK Foundation Award two day workshop provides an introduction to the framework, tools and disciplines required to plan for impact, and then to track it and report its achievement.

The abdi ROI recommended approach is increasingly used in both the private and the public sectors. It draws extensively on the work of Dr Jack Phillips, the Kirkpatrick data framework, Theory of Change model and Logic Models as well as good project management techniques.

The abdi recommended approach is based on six levels of data that can be used to form a chain of impact, establishing a credible connection between an investment and the impact outcomes that are claimed to have been achieved as a result of it.
