The FOCUS website gives access to the widest range of Project Management and IT courses for business professionals. Courses are delivered by more than 60 specialist training partners.
In order to continuously improve customer satisfaction FOCUS gathers feedback from all delegates attending its courses. This provides a unique database which enables the performance of its training partners to be benchmarked.
This year FOCUS has provided public recognition of its delivery partners which achieve the highest levels of delegate feedback over a period of two years.
