‘Grow Your Business Through People’ will help businesses develop their greatest asset – their staff – and find out more about training and support.
CRC business development manager Phil Stittle said the free event would benefit businesses of all sizes.
“Employing and developing the right staff is crucial to business success, but organisations need help in accessing training and support,” he said.
“This is a specialist area for the college so we were delighted to be asked to sponsor the event. This is a dynamic, diverse and entrepreneurial region and we want it to stay that way.”
A key part of the event will involve helping to identify the support, advice and training available to help businesses achieve their growth potential. Interactive workshops will also promote exemplar businesses and examine the challenges that businesses face.
The free event, organised by Cambridgeshire Chamber of Commerce’s learning and skills sector, takes place on Friday, 22 November 2013, from 8.30am to 1pm at the SmartLIFE Low Carbon Centre at Cambridge Regional College.
