Further promotions announced at Greenwoods GRM LLP

Top 200 law firm, Greenwoods GRM is delighted to announce six further promotions.

Cambridge-based Private Client solicitor Clare Harris becomes an Associate.  Clare has worked tirelessly to grow the Greenwoods GRM private client brand in Cambridge and always delivers an excellent and personable service. Clare is also a member of the firm’s Agriculture & Rural Business sector; successfully achieving Fellowship of the Agricultural Law Association earlier this year.

May Ozga, well-known in the Peterborough property community, also becomes an Associate. May receives fantastic feedback from her clients and plays a key role in the firm’s Peterborough Property Network which brings together property professionals working across Peterborough.

Corporate & Commercial solicitor, Ollie Flowers becomes a Senior Solicitor. Over the last twelve months, Ollie has played a crucial part in major transactions for the team including working on a recent Insider Media ‘deal of the month.’  In addition, Ollie advises a portfolio of academy schools and charities.

Stephanie Wilcox also becomes a Senior Solicitor. Stephanie is a well-established member of Greenwoods GRM’s Employment and Agriculture & Rural business teams advising on change programmes, TUPE, grievance and disciplinary processes as well as more general legal aspects of HR. Steph recently completed a secondment where she delivered bespoke in-house support to a large sophisticated HR team.

Members of the Greenwoods GRM support team also gained promotion.  In the Finance team, Liam Carter becomes Accounts Manager and Chris Wood System Specialist.
