The weather was kind, the scenery was picture postcard and, yes, there were found to be several decent hills as the riders straddled Suffolk and Cambridgeshire as part of their route.
The team on this occasion comprised Duncan Basford and Zak Ireson (100 mile route), Rob Welsby (50 mile route), Steve Jaggard and Deb Jaggard (25 mile route).
We’re glad to report there were no Further members among the breakdowns or casualties as hundreds of cyclists departed from and returned to the Rowley Mile Racecourse.
Well done to Noel Byrne and the organising team for a well run and much enjoyed event. Here’s to challenging ourselves again next year! The Animal Health Trust ____________________________________________
