Having worked for major law firms in London, China and the Middle East, Jonathan has significant experience in advising on both domestic and international M&A, joint ventures, business set-ups, bids and procurement processes, distribution, co-operation and other commercial contracts. Jonathan also advises Chinese, Middle Eastern and other foreign companies on investing and doing business in the UK.

He is particularly looking forward to bringing his skills and experience in tech, gained from experience of working with leading companies, to Cambridge’s world-renowned technology companies.
