HBN exhibits again at the Huntingdon Business Fair

Please join us for a journey back in time to the Huntingdon Business Fair 2013, where Dr Chris Thomas did impromptu interviews with 30 businesses, showing a breadth of companies and individuals present. Humour and individuality comes through on the videos, reflecting the human and friendly side of small businesses in our region. A big thank you to all who made this an enjoyable event and we hope to see you again on the 23rd April 2015.

The Huntingdon Business Fair at Wood Green is one of the highlights of the business year, organised by the Chambers of Commerce and the Federation of Small Businesses. Please come along and meet some of our HBN members who have volunteered to man the stand.

Here is what happened at the 2013 Buntingdon Business Fair, written by Dr. Chis Thomas

With HBNers being such a gregarious crowd at the stand, I set off with my camcorder to capture the offers, spirit and general buzz of the event with people that I met and talked to. The general hubub, background sound of the Cambridge Pianola Company's exhibit, and my occasional maniacal laughter did not detract from the varied and generally positive talks to camera by businesses and people from all sectors of the community.

Thanks to all who were willing. By the time I left the fair, camera battery empty and my voice nearly gone, I had talked to and filmed 30 or more people. Links to the videos uploaded on YouTube are given below, with a listing of the companies, organisations or people.
