We've been busy building innovative software for the NHS here in Cambridge since 2008.
In 2009 we met some people from CHKS (a part of Capita plc) and talked with them about how they could help us get our technology out to NHS patients nationwide.
We've talked to lots of people since then, but we kept coming back to CHKS. Their people understood what we do, and understood the NHS. They have the scale and ability to sell into the government, something which has been a major challenge for us. They were also different from others we talked to. They actually deliver things which work into the NHS. That's also what we do.
Last year, we joined Capita in a formal partnership on the Lead Provider Framework. Last week, we took the next step and formally became part of CHKS.
By combining the best of our technology with theirs, we'll get to build more cool systems to make the NHS more efficient.
